The Office is offering a special programme for foreign companies that want to invest in Macedonia. In March 2004, Macedonia has applied for Membership in the EU and got the status of a Candidate country in December 2005. Firm in the position to become a member of the EU, Macedonia is becoming increasingly attractive for international companies. Macedonia has signed numerous free trade agreements, including the EU, all the countries in the South Eastern Europe, Turkey, Ukraine etc.

          In this special programme, our office offers consultancy services in taxation, contracting and all the necessary instruments for foreign companies that want to invest in Macedonia. The office insists in performing legal due diligence when purchasing companies for the safety of the investors. The office offers contact establishment with companies, participation in negotiations, preparing contracts, preparing transaction, preparing documents for court registration.
